For reasons of hygiene and product integrity, we can provide a refund for an upoened bottle of essential oil.  However, the item must remain in its original, sealed and unopen condition to be eligible for a refund.

Orders will ship in a flat rate priority box.   a tracking number with be emailed to you shortly after items have shipped.  You should receive the item within 3 to 5 business days of shipping.
