As long as the lockets are in an undamaged state they could be returned and your money returned.  Please not you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.   The amount refunded will be for the locket and the taxes paid for the specific item returned.  Also please note for hygenic reasons, I can not except lockets that have had essential oils used on them.  Thank you very much for your understanding.

Orders will ship in a flat rate priority box.   a tracking number with be emailed to you shortly after items have shipped.  You should receive the item within 3 to 5 business days of shipping.

The user of the locket could choose one of 2 options.

1. The user could share three to four present life challenges.

2.  The user could submit a picture, allowing me to tap into their emotions.  I will then select crystals tailored to help them to overcome obstacles and foster a positive, loving state.  Alongside the personalized crystals, a detailed list will note each crystal and what each crystal will be assist with for the user.
